Does Dayla replace Triple Whale or TrueProfit — or do I need all three?+

Dayla replaces both. Triple Whale covers attribution and creative analytics. TrueProfit covers per-order profit. Dayla does both — plus inventory alerts, supplier invoice reconciliation, LTV cohorts, and a Brand Health Score. Most brands running Triple Whale + TrueProfit switch to Dayla alone and save $300+/month in tool costs from day one.

Meta tells me 4× ROAS. Dayla shows 2.1×. Which one is right?+

Dayla is right. Meta's reported ROAS counts view-through conversions (people who just saw an ad, never clicked), inflates with assisted touches, and ignores your COGS, returns, Stripe fees, and shipping. Dayla uses a first-party pixel + order-level data to compute net profit per ad dollar actually spent. The gap between Meta's number and reality is typically 40–60% for most brands. That gap is your real problem.

What exactly goes into Dayla's profit calculation?+

Everything. Revenue minus: COGS (per SKU, per variant, per bundle), ad spend across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), Stripe and PayPal transaction fees (actual %, not estimated), shipping and fulfilment costs, returns and restocking, Klaviyo cost allocation, discount codes, and your Shopify subscription prorated per order. Not just the obvious ones — every cash outflow that erodes your margin.

$30k/month ($1k/day) is exactly where data clarity has the most leverage. At this stage, one wrong ROAS assumption or one negative-margin hero product quietly erases your profits for months. How does supplier invoice reconciliation work?+

Drop a PDF, CSV, or XLSX into Dayla. We parse every line item and cross-reference it against your negotiated rates per SKU, per variant, per bundle, per quantity break. Discrepancies — overcharges, wrong quantities, missing volume discounts — get flagged instantly before you approve payment. Average brand catches €2,000–€5,000/year in supplier errors in the first 90 days.

How accurate is attribution after iOS 14?+

Very. The Dayla Pixel fires server-side directly from your Shopify store, not from the browser. It captures the complete customer journey across sessions and devices, and is unaffected by iOS 14 restrictions or ad blockers. We also support last-click and linear models so you can compare. Most brands find their Meta-reported ROAS drops 30–50% once measured with first-party data — which means their real breakeven ROAS was much higher than they thought.

How long does setup take? I don't have a developer.+
